1. How long does this process take?
Please allow approximately 10 business days for your bill to be analyzed.

2. Can you guarantee savings on my long distance charges?
Not until your bill is analyzed to determine your current rates and calling patterns. However, if I cannot save you significant money it will cost you nothing. Average long distance savings are 30 to 50%. In some cases savings are even higher!

3. What must I do to have my bill analyzed?
Mail copies of your two most recent phone bills to me. If they are not representative of your normal bills, send copies of those which do represent your long distance phone usage.

4. I do not want to compromise my privacy by giving you my personal phone numbers. How can I protect my privacy?
I am not concerned with the actual phone numbers, only the pattern of your calls, the times calls are made, your rates, whether calls are made in-state, interstate, via calling card call, etc. If you want, you can black out the phone numbers so they can't be read. (Please leave the area codes.)

5. How do I pay for this service?
A check or money order for the minimum fee of $25 must be sent when you mail in your phone bills. If the proposed savings do not offset the fee, your check will be returned to you.

6. What if I don't want to follow your recommendations?
That is entirely your choice. I am only doing the research for you. It is your responsibility to act upon the recommendations and to arrange for the change of service. If you decide not to make any changes, that is your prerogative. However, you can't expect any savings if you make no changes.

7. What exactly are you going to recommend?
That depends on many factors, but the prime objective will be to change whatever it is which is causing your bill to be so expensive. Usually 3 to 5 alternative providers with cheaper rates will be recommended, as well as additional providers of calling card services. A comparison of your present rates and proposed rates will be provided as well as a summary of each recommended company's rates and fees.

8. Is this service available for businesses?
Yes. Small to medium size businesses can benefit from this service. Also anyone can use the free Long Distance Rate Comparison Calculator.

9. Are recommendations made for cellular service carriers?
Some cellular data is available via the free Long Distance Rate Comparison Calculator. As more data is gathered that service will become more comprehensive.

10. I still have questions. Can you answer specific questions?
I will respond to your e-mail or voice mail questions as time permits, usually the same day, or you can post them to the Phone Bill Man Message Board at your convenience. If you prefer mail, please send to Phone Bill Man, 114 Fairview Ave., Chicopee, Massachusetts, 01013
